Optivite was founded in 1987 and has grown to become one of the UK's largest independent animal nutrition companies.

We specialise in the design, development, manufacture and distribution of non-hazardous, drug free animal products for the maintenance and enhancement of feed quality. Whether for microbial control, oxidation control or improvement in the nutrition of farm animals, our products are manufactured to the highest standards and with optimum environmental integrity.

Optivite supplies specialist feed to integrators, feed compounders and home-mix farms across the UK and the world. Building on an unrivalled reputation in the poultry nutrition sector, we have successfully expanded into the pig, ruminant and pet sectors and are now at the forefront of nutrition in all classes of livestock. During this growth our core Vitamin Mineral Premixes business has broadened to encompass organic feeds, enzymes, Specialist Fats, antimicrobials, antioxidants, Protein concentrates, mycotoxin binders and performance enhancers.

Through a process of planned expansion and strategic acquisition Optivite now has production sites in Nottinghamshire, Yorkshire and Lincolnshire and fast, cost-effective distribution throughout the world.
